"Miss Viola" as she was known, was a lifelong resident of Fulshear. She was a share cropper, local business owner, active church member, and became as Mayor of the City of Fulshear, Texas.
She saw a lot of change throughout her lifetime and she overcame many obstacles to achieve her goals and be a leader in her community in many ways.
In this video, she shares about her life growing and living in Fulshear.
