ARCHIVING HISTORY
Emphasizing the role that digitized and web-based medias play in preserving history, the Fulshear Historical Association is proud to share our acceptance into the Community Webs program, presented by the Internet Archive. This prestigious initiative empowers local organizations to preserve and provide long-term access to community history through web archiving. With tools like Community Webs, Archive-It, and Vault, the FHA can help to safeguard Fulshear's history and online resources—ensuring that websites, uploaded collections, and other digital materials related to the community are not lost to time. By participating, the FHA is taking a critical step in preserving the digital footprints that tell Fulshear’s story, creating a lasting resource for researchers, residents, and future generations.
